What a beautiful day for filming the 4th annual 2010 Santa Barbara Wine Country Half Marathon. Located in the Santa Ynez Valley, this race is absolutely stunning.  Three thousand runners from all over the world participated in this year’s race which starts in Santa Ynez, passes through Los Olivos, then winds along a gorgeous country road through vineyards, and ends with a crowded finish line in Solvang.  Sergio Reyes won first place with a course record time of 1:04:51 and was awarded $1000 plus a Ball Watch and wine magnums.

Skyline will be covering the next “destination race” … the Napa-to-Sonoma Wine Country Half Marathon on Sunday, July 18.

Wow, what can I say?  This couple was a riot to film!  Matt + Carrie could not WAIT for the wedding day proceedings to begin.  It all started at a little Foursquare Church in Camarillo, CA.  Matt could hardly hold back his emotion as he turned to see Carrie approach him during their first glance.  A moment so special could only be topped by the exchange of their vows and consummating passionate kiss!  But enough of the mushy stuff – this couple knew how to get silly in the leaves during their photo shoot.  Hey, its your wedding day – nothing wrong with a little fun!  Having said that, I think it’s the first time I’ve seen a bride pick up her groom and spin him around.  I guess that’s love … it makes you do some crazy things!  Well, take a look and see for yourself …

Andrew + Jennifer’s stunning January wedding took place at the Moorpark Country Club in Moorpark, CA.  They exchanged vows under the gazebo overlooking the golf-course, and concluded their ceremony with just enough time before sunset to allow for those gorgeous golden-hour photo’s at the hand of Toby Tucker Photography.  Cocktail hour was followed by a lively reception, featuring the Jewish “Amazing Bottle Dancers” and the Los Angeles-based band, “Ace”, who have been not only been playing together for forty years, but played at Jennifer’s parent’s wedding too!  How’s THAT for repeat business?!  Take a look at Andrew + Jennifer’s video montage below for some highlights from their day …
